High Court Justice Devora Berliner ordered the state to respond within three days to a petition filed by the Movement for Quality Government regarding the makeup of the Admoni Commission investigating the war in Lebanon.
The petition protested the appointment of Yedidya Ya'ari and David Ivri to the inquiry commission on grounds of conflicting interests that would mar their objectivity.
The Movement for Quality Government is expected to hold a rally on Saturday night in Tel Aviv's Rabin Square.
