High Court rules in favor of Palestinian farmers

The High Court of Justice ruled on Monday that the security establishment cannot surround Palestinian agricultural areas in a way that blocks farmers' access to their land, except in concrete cases justified by specific intelligence. Five Arab villages petitioned the High Court after, they claimed, police and security forces kept them from farming their land. Justices Dorit Beinish, Eliezer Rivlin, and Salim Jubran wrote the ruling.
