There are serious negotiations underway to reach a deal to secure the release of the two captured IDF reservists Eldad Regev and Ehud Golwasser, Hizbullah Deputy Leader Sheikh Naim Kasim said Monday.
Nevertheless, Kasim said that the two would only be returned if all Lebanese prisoners in Israeli jails were freed.
