An indictment was filed Thursday at Tel Aviv District Court against David Kebaz, 36, from Holon, who is suspected of murdering Yosef Bavli, 29, during a dispute over a parking space.
Kebaz allegedly slit Bavli's tires after Bavli parked his car in front of his house. The prosecution claims that during the ensuing argument Kebaz stabbed Bavli to death.
