A woman died of her wounds on Saturday after being shot in the head by her husband, who then tried to kill himself.
The two, from a moshav near Ashkelon, were taken to Sheba Hospital at Tel Hashomer in critical condition Saturday morning after the apparent murder-suicide attempt.
Police reported that the couple had no previous history of violence.
