An IAF airstrike destroyed the home of a Hamas operative in the central Gaza Strip late Friday night, the army said. No one was killed in the strike, but two bystanders were lightly wounded, witnesses said.
The army said the home was being used to store weapons. The house owner was warned to leave his home prior to the attack, the army and Palestinian security officials confirmed.
Palestinians said the home belonged to Ziad Tanbora, a Hamas operative. The two-story home was completely destroyed.
