IAF strike kills Gaza operative, wounds two other people

An Islamic Jihad operative was killed Thursday in an IAF air strike in southern Gaza, the group said. The terror organization claimed the strike targeted a car carrying three of its members. The first missile missed the vehicle, and one of them escaped unharmed. The third was wounded. Palestinian health officials say one man was killed, a second man and a woman passerby were slightly wounded. The IDF confirmed an air strike in the Rafah area. It offered no further details.
