The IDF appeals court rejected conscientious objector Yoni Ben-Arzi's appeal on Sunday.
By doing so, the courts effectively approved Ben-Arzi's sentence of two months in jail and a NIS 2000 fine, Army Radio reported.
Ben-Arzi has refused to enlist into the IDF almost three years ago, claiming to be a pacifist.
