IDF troops rearrested a Hamas lawmaker at his home in the West Bank town of Ramallah on Monday, a month after his release, relatives and Hamas officials said.
The army confirmed arresting Ahmed Mubarak but gave no further details.
Israel considers Hamas, which is committed to Israel's destruction, a terrorist group. Mubarak is one of 36 Hamas lawmakers arrested in the West Bank since Israel launched a crackdown on the group following Hamas's kidnapping of IDF soldier Cpl. Gilad Shalit.
Mubarak had been detained for seven months after an earlier arrest raid, before being released Feb. 12.
