IDF begins large maneuver to prepare for scenarios on Palestinian front

The IDF OC Central Command on Monday morning is scheduled to kick off a major maneuver that will simulate various escalation scenarios on the Palestinian front in the West Bank.
Army Radio quoted military sources as saying that the timing of the maneuver was already set two months ago, and was not linked in any way to the Annapolis conference or to the fear of an escalation in case of failure at the parley.
