IDF, Border Police arrest 19-year-old terror suspect in Tulkarm

Joint IDF and Border Police forces arrested a 19-year-old Islamic Jihad operative Tuesday, on suspicion of involvement with planning terror attacks.
The terror suspect, Matsem Iraqi, was arrested in Tulkarm.
