Judea Samaria Police reported that IDF soldiers in Hebron caught a 21-year-old Palestinian Friday evening carrying a knife.
The Palestinian was taken to the Hebron Region police. After interrogation, the suspect confessed that he had been on his way to a Jewish settlement with the intent of stabbing a settler.
The thwarted attack was planned in response to recent IDF actions in the Hebron area.
The Palestinian was jailed, and will be indicted in the next few days.
