IDF issues warnings to Lebanese civilians by phone

The Lebanese government complained on Friday that the IDF was harassing Lebanese civilians with recorded telephone calls into the country.
The Arabic-language calls were reportedly warning residents of Lebanese cities to stay away from Hizbullah installations and members.
