Soldiers from the Golani Brigade troops killed two armed Al Aksa Martyrs Brigades operatives during clashes in the Casbah of Nablus early Tuesday morning. The two men, Muhammed Mari'sh and Ilah Raalad, were reportedly responsible for manufacturing bombs and perpetrating shooting attacks against Israelis, the IDF said. The army claimed the troops had been confronted by several groups of armed men and had opened fire in their direction, hitting two of the gunmen. There were no casualties among the troops. Meanwhile, in overnight operations in the area, troops arrested seven Palestinian terror suspects. The IDF was planning to continue its operations in the West Bank town to uproot the local Palestinian terror infrastructure, Israel Radio reported.
