IDF troops caught two young Palestinians in possession of two bags containing 12 kilograms of explosives, a gas canister, electric wires and nails, at the Beit Iba checkpoint near the West Bank town of Nablus on Sunday afternoon.
The explosives were neutralized by sappers and the Palestinians were detained by security forces for interrogation.
