IDF nabs those responsible for Bat Ayin gun theft

IDF and Shin Bet forces caught on Sunday a cell of three Fatah activists who allegedly stole two rifles from soldiers who were guarding the West Bank settlement of Bat Ayin on Friday. Two of the cell members came from the village of Beit Umar south of Bethlehem, while the third was from Tzurit. In the ensuing investigation, the thieves stated that they only intended to break into the caravan to steal money and valuables, and were surprised to find the soldiers sleeping inside. After catching the thieves, the weapons were retrieve and handed back to the IDF.
