Protesters set up trailer to prevent demolition of illegal neighborhood.

Dozens of IDF troops on Thursday evening cleared a trailer established near the West Bank village of Bil'in.
According to police, a group of illegally built houses, containing 750 apartments was located at the site and were scheduled for demolition. Palestinians and Israelis, belonging to a left-wing group called Anarchists Against the Fence brought a trailer to Bil'in Wednesday morning in an attempt to prevent the demolition.
Einat Podjarny of the Israeli group told The Jerusalem Post that there were about 20 members of her organization and 50 Palestinians at the scene, 10 of whom were barricaded inside the trailer.
A larger group of rioters crowded the trailer trying to prevent the IDF and police from approaching.
After dispersing the disturbance with tear gas, the forces managed to break into the trailer and arrest the demonstrators inside. The trailer was then towed away.
The West Bank village, located near the Israeli city of Modi'in Illit, was the site of frequent protests against the construction of the security fence. Violent confrontations between the IDF and police occurred every Friday afternoon for the last few months.
