The IDF reopened the Kerem Shalom crossing on Friday, allowing European monitors responsible for overseeing the Gaza-Egypt border to reach the terminal and open the crossing.
The Rafah terminal at the Gaza-Egypt border has been closed for most of the past three days due to an Israeli security alert.
Nigel Milverton, spokesman for the EU monitors, said the workers were now crossing from Israel into Gaza and expected to reopen the border within a half-hour.
