IDF shells northern Gaza in response to Kassams

The IDF started shelling northern Gaza on Friday evening in response to two Kassam rockets that were launched from the area into the area south of Ashkelon on Friday afternoon, and another rocket that was fired earlier in the morning. In the meantime, security forces maintained a closure on the West Bank and a high level of alert at least until after elections on Tuesday. Channel 2 revealed that most of the alerts come from northern West Bank.
