IDF troops arrest top Tanzim operative in Ramallah

Top Tanzim operative Abbed Ka'adan was arrested in a joint IDF-Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) operation in Ramallah on Wednesday afternoon.
Ka'adan is suspected of involvement in shooting attacks on IDF soldiers, the army said.
Meanwhile, in the Bethlehem area, troops arrested a Palestinian youth in possession of a Molotov cocktail.
