Internal Security Minister Gideon Ezra instructed the Immigration Police on Tuesday to refrain from arresting and deporting families of foreign workers until the end of March.
During the next three months, Ezra said, police would allow families illegally residing in Israel to return to their native countries on their own accord without having to be deported.
