Int'l conference of Jewish MPs held in Jerusalem

An international convention of Jewish parliamentarians gathered Sunday in Jerusalem to discuss anti-Semitism and its distribution on electronic media - including internet and television - and interfaith dialogue. 60 Jewish members of parliament representing 24 countries were expected to attend the conference. MKs from most parties were also expected to participate, in hopes of increasing foreign parliamentarians' involvement in topics concerning Jews and Israel. The conference was coordinated by the Knesset, Foreign Ministry, Tourism Ministry and the Israel Forum.
