Israel approves rare shipment of cement to Gaza Strip

Israel has approved a rare shipment of cement to the Gaza Strip for a World Bank project constructing a sewage treatment plant, officials said Monday. The project is meant to close a failing plant in the northern Gaza Strip where five people were killed last year when sewage pools collapsed.
