Israel Museum offers discount to North residents

The Israel Museum on Thursday offered a special summer discount for residents from the North: all children (up to 17 years of age) will be granted free entry to the museum and adults will be able to enter at half price. The museum also decided to open its doors on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning August 13, to allow the public to better enjoy the exhibitions currently on display. The current opening hours are: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m; Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Fri from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
