Israel reportedly releases el-Bireh's Hamas-aligned mayor

Israel has released el- Bireh's Hamas-aligned mayor, Jamal Tawil, the group announced Saturday.
The group's representatives said that the mayor of the town next to Ramallah, who had been imprisoned for six years, was freed on Thursday but gave no reason for Israel's apparent decision.
