Israel, US to give Palestinians aid, not via Hamas

Israel and the United States have begun covert attempts to stream money directly to Palestinian charity organizations, without having the money pass through Hamas hands, Army Radio reported.
Just this weekend, both the US and Canada broke off ties with the Palestinian Authority after Hamas was sworn into the government.
