Israeli Arab shot, wounded in W. Bank

Victim evacuated to Soroka; IDF says army not responsible.

Gunmen opened fire on a vehicle near Beit Hagai in the West Bank on Monday, wounding an Israeli Arab. While IDF officials said the incident appeared to be the result of infighting, Zaka reported that the man claimed to have been shot by the IDF. He was evacuated to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba in moderate condition.
