IDF troops arrested Hamas-affiliated Palestinian Authority minister Wasfi Kabham in the West Bank town of Jenin late Friday night, Israel Radio reported.
Kabaha's daughter, Ryan, said five soldiers came to their house before dawn, took her father, his computer and other documents. Kabha, a minister without portfolio, was also arrested last year for a month during a similar sweep.
