Jerusalem District Attorney accuses Prof. Hillel Weiss of inciting violence

The Jerusalem District Attorney has submitted an indictment against Professor Hillel Weiss, accusing him of inciting violence, threatening and insulting a state official. The indictment was submitted to the city's magistrates court.
In 2006 Weiss expressed support for taking action against homosexuals who lobbied to hold a gay pride parade in Jerusalem.
In addition, the professor used strong language to voice his objection to the evacuation of Israeli Jews living in the vicinity of the Hebron wholesale market.
