J'lem: Ceiling of reception hall in Talpiot collapses; nobody injured

The ceiling of the reception hall "Yair" in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Talpiot collapsed overnight Tuesday, causing damage but no injuries.
According to reports, the ceiling collapsed after a water pipe exploded.
