Jordan Valley crossing opened for products

The Bazak crossing, located in the northern Jordan Valley, was reopened Tuesday, enabling the passage of agricultural products and goods from the Palestinian villages in the Jordan Valley to Israel. The decision is meant to improve the passage of goods for Palestinian merchants and farmers in Judea and Samaria and the Jordan Valley, who up until today passed their goods through the Gilboa crossing, located north of Jenin. The opening came in accordance with the decision made by the political echelon as part of the IDF's policy to ease restrictions on the Palestinian population not involved in terrorism.
