Justice Cheshin: PA is a de facto enemy state

Supreme Court Vice President Michael Cheshin accused the Palestinian Authority on Tuesday of being a de facto enemy state, and that the latest elections there proved that their government wishes to destroy Israel. The statement was made during a High Court of Justice deliberation on an amendment to the citizenship law, dealing with granting permission to Palestinians and other Arabs to gain Israeli citizenship through their familial relations with Israeli citizens. Cheshin asked "Do we not value life? Why would I allow citizens of an enemy state to enter Israel?"
