The kabbalistic sage, Rabbi Yitzhak Kadouri - who is over 100 years old - was admitted to Jerusalem's Bikur Holim Hospital on Sunday, suffering from severe pneumonia.
The rabbi, who lives in the capital's Bokharian quarter, was admitted in very serious condition to the internal medicine department's intensive care unit. He was being treated by Dr. Yosef Kleinman, Kadouri's personal physician and head of the department. He was unconscious for part of the time.
A few weeks ago, the rabbi was admitted to the same hospital suffering from complications from the flu.
