Kadima legal counsel Attorney Eitan Haverman prepared a draft of guidelines for coalition negotiations which would be brought on Wednesday to meetings between negotiators from Kadima and Labor.
On Tuesday, Labor representatives asked for clarifications regarding Acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's unilateral withdrawal plan. Head of Labor's coalition negotiating team Professor David Liba'i said that Kadima representatives clarified at the meetings that a national referendum would not be necessary in order to approve the convergence plan.
