Israel Police Chief Insp.-Gen. Moshe Karadi on Thursday decided against taking steps against Tel Aviv District Chief Cmdr. David Tzur, in the wake of the escape of serial rapist Benny Sela.
The Yaron Commission, which probed the failings leading to Seal's escape, held Tzur responsible for the episode.
