President Moshe Katsav's lawyers, Zion Amir and David Liba'i, are due on Monday to receive the material collected by the police during the investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct and other felonies against Katsav.
Amir told The Jerusalem Post on Sunday that the material included 20-30 boxes of files.
After the lawyers get a sense of the how long it will take them to study the material, they will meet with Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz to decide when the hearing will be held, the last step before Mazuz makes his final decision on whether to indict Katsav, and if so, on what charges.
Channel 10 reported Sunday that from a draft of the indictment it emerged that Katsav told the two complainants known by the initial A': "I dream about you at night and I can't (be) without you."
Also, complainant L' reportedly said that the president stroked her backside and touched her chest. The draft then describes how "the accused pulled down his trousers and penetrated her."
