Kfar Aza residents implore Barak to defend against Kassam, mortar fire

Defense Minister Ehud Barak visisted Kibbutz Kfar Aza Saturday and met with Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council head Alon Shoster, Eshkol Regional Council head Haim Yelin, MK Shai Hermesh (Kadima) and kibbutz members.
Hermesh and the council heads told Barak something needs to be done about the constant mortar and Kassam fire that batters the region.
They implored the defense minister to solve the issue that the western Negev region faces, and said that they believe that the solution to the problem is an "aggressive weapon" that will protect them against the various different types of Kassams and mortar shells.
