By JPOST.COM STAFF
Doctors at Kfar Saba's Meir Hospital are set to strike Sunday until midday in protest of Thursday's attack of one of the doctors by a patient.
Israel Radio reported that the patient hit the doctor on his arm and broke his glasses. The suspected attacker was arrested and subsequently released on bail.
The doctors committee in the hospital is demanding the permanent presence of a policeman in the hospital's trouble spots, including the accident and emergency department and outpatient clinics.
