According to the Labor primary votes counted at 00.40 a.m., Barak won 34,960 votes, while Ayalon won 31,100, and in both Barak's and Ayalon's headquarters, estimates from exit polls and initial results were that Barak had won 53% of the votes with Ayalon winning 47%.
