Likud: Remove Bibi if he can't bring 20 mandates

Sources in the Likud said on Tuesday that if the party would receive less than 20 Knesset seats in the next elections, it would be considered an unprecedented failure, and MK Binyamin Netanyahu would be called upon to step down from his newly-elected post as party chairman. Netanyahu's associates responded that in the Likud's current state, anything over 15 seats should be considered a success. Army Radio reported that the movement still was not certain when its four ministers would resign from the government. While the decision had not yet been made, sources close to Netanyahu assessed that the ministers would leave their posts before Likud's primary elections, scheduled to be held on January 12.
