Livni: Israel must respond militarily to every Kassam rocket attack

Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni held a Kadima primary rally in Ashkelon on Tuesday night and said that Israel "must respond to every single Kassam rocket attack."
"If we close our eyes and don't hit back, the Palestinians will think that Israel has made peace with it. Therefore, it is vital that we respond militarily to every attack," she said.
