But Israel "will not be any part of the solution to the Palestinian refugee problem," she said, rejecting the Palestinians' demand for a right of return for refugees.
And "the Palestinians will have to understand that the path to a Palestinian state will have to run through Israeli security," she added, restating Israel's demand that Palestinians crack down on terrorists bent on attacking Israel.
