The Tel Aviv District Court on Wednesday indicted Ibrahim Abu-Zina, the Lod resident accused of causing the deaths of four people in a car accident at the Lod Interchange two weeks ago. Abu-Zina was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and running a red light, which led him to crash into an oncoming car.
