Man, 69, sentenced to 12 years for rape of daughter

The Tel Aviv District Court sentenced Shmuel Binyamini, 69, a resident from the center of the country, to 12 years in prison for the rape and assault of his daughter which occurred over 8 years, since she was 4 years old. The woman, now 32, submitted the complaint against her father 9 years ago.
