Man found bound and beaten in Taiba building site; moderate condition

A 32-year-old man was found bound and beaten in a Taiba building site on Wednesday night, police said.
An MDA team treated the man at the scene before evacuating him in moderate condition to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba.
The background to the incident was unclear.
