The Tel Aviv District Court on Wednesday sentenced a 69-year-old Netanya resident to 20 months in jail for stabbing his wife and threatening her life.
The man was acquitted of charges of rape, attempted rape and extortion.
The court said that the relatively short sentence was given due to considerations over the man's age and state of health.
