Man killed, another moderately injured as car overturns in South

A man was killed and another was moderately injured overnight Tuesday in a road accident on Route 31, between Arad and Ksaifa, in the South.
Police said the car in which the two were traveling overturned into a ditch by the side of the road. The reason for the accident was unclear.
