Man shot dead by police identified as known Ashdod criminal Eyal Peretz, 38

Police have identified the criminal shot dead by police early Tuesday morning as as Eyal Peretz, 38, of Ashdod.
Police fired on Peretz after he stole a police car and kidnapped a policewoman.
