A man was killed and another was seriously wounded on Wednesday night during a robbery in an Eilat jewelry store.
Police said that two masked men entered the store and were confronted by the jewelry store's owner and another man who tried to block their way.
In the ensuing scuffle, the owner was seriously wounded and the man was killed after he was shot multiple times. The robbers sped away from the scene on motorbike.
Police set up roadblocks in the southern town to hunt for the two bandits.
