A 20-year-old Tira resident was indicted Sunday on suspicion of hitting 12 vehicles and attempting to run over a policeman on Geha Street as he tried to flee from police in a stolen car.
Thirteen people were lightly injured in the incident, which occurred on April 7.
The prosecuting lawyer requested that the 20-year-old be remanded in custody until the end of legal proceedings.
